It's easy to see why supermodel Toni Garrn has captured the heart of Hollywood megastar Leonardo DiCaprio.

The 22-year-old joined a host of VIPs at Vogue Italia's 50th anniversary party in Milan, Italy on Saturday evening, where she turned heads.

The gorgeous girl turned up wearing a golden mini semi formal dresses online which was covered in embellishments, which she teamed with a pair of gold killer heels.

Toting a mini black clutch black and wearing a gold necklace, the German catwalk star looked incredible as she stopped and posed for photographers.

Coinciding with the end of Milan Fashion week, the lavish party celebrated the 50th anniversary of the iconic magazine with an exhibition called Vogue Highlights.

The event showed some of the publications stand-out moments from the vault.

The special edition issue is Vogue Italia Editor-In-Chief Franca Sozzani’s largest one to date with a whopping 884 pages.

Equally as impressive is the magazine’s cover, which will feature 50 iconic supermodels.

Famous names including Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell, Natalia Vodianova, Coco Rocha, Jourdan Dunn have been specially shot by acclaimed photographer Steven Meisel.

Meanwhile, 5ft 11 inch tall Toni also recently turned heads at London Fashion Week where she showed off her new simple but cute bobbed hairstyle.

Toni was last seen out with her main man on September 3, strolling around New York City while putting on a loved up display, but he was not pictured with her on this occasion.

Leonardo is about to start filming upcoming Western thriller The Revenant, alongside British star Tom Hardy. The film is due out on December 25, 2015.
