She just recovered from a rather nasty stomach bug.

But Luisa Zissman didn’t let her brief illness hold her back from enjoying a night out at the Chiltern Firehouse on Tuesday night.

The pair made their way to the London hotspot for a girly chat up and Luisa was sure to dress up for the occasion.

Braving the cold in a black and white checked dress skater dress, the reality star opted to flash the flesh as she went without tights for the night.

She did cover up her legs with sexy black thigh high boots and she added a light layer to fight off the chill in a quilter leather jacket.

The former Celebrity Big Brother star was all smiles as she made her way into the venue with a black clutch bag in hand.

Her brunette locks were styled into loose curls while she kept her makeup simple and fresh.

The pair seemed to enjoy their evening as Sam tweeted a picture of them onto Twitter with the caption: ‘@TheLuluLife such a lovely evening’.

In spite of her recent sickness, Luisa got her 2015 off to a rather good start as she spent the first day of January chilling in the sunshine on a tropical New Year getaway.

And it would seem the cupcake entrepreneur was in a reflective mood on Thursday morning, as she decided to share a lengthy list of New Year’s resolutions with her Instagram followers.

Writing on her page, she said: 'New Year Resolutions Part One.... I give this until 16th Jan at which point I will be a pasty, greasy haired, bitten nailed, granny pants, wobbly mess, who does the school run in a track suit complimented with UGG boots!
