And on Wednesday night, the couple kept their sartorial tradition going, when they went out for a romantic meal at popular restaurant Madeo in West Hollywood, California.

Cara, 30, showed off her taut frame in a form-fitting grey turtle-neck top, which she teamed with a matching, high-waisted skirt and strappy white heels.

Holding her actor beau's hand as they made their way into the upscale eatery, Cara carried a large, black clutch bag while she wore her voluminous brunette tresses in a sleek ponytail.

Jesse, 36, was equally stylish, wearing an all-black ensemble that included a wool-lined leather jacket over a T-shirt with skinny jeans and a pair of grey suede shoes.

Days earlier, the couple were among the stars who made their way to Downtown Los Angeles' Staples Center, where they supported the LA Lakers through their loss to Oklahoma City Thunder.

Long noted for her sense of style, Cara recently launched the Glam App, a styling service created by her and celebrity make-up artist Joey Maalouf.

Jesse and Cara have recently been playing catch-up on their romance, as she has just returned to Los Angeles from Louisiana where she has been filming episodes for her TV programme Salem.

And the smitten couple made the most of their time together last month at Sir Elton John's Oscar viewing party, where they were dressed to the nines for an evening away from work.

While Cara films on location, Jesse will next be seen in the upcoming zombie flick Dead Rising alongside Virginia Madsen, Meghan Ory and Dennis Haysbert.

The film is based on the best-selling video game and filming took place in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The horror film is set for release online and on DVD on March 27.
