My boss asked my to relocate my workstation to an office nearby his department. This supposed to be a good news but there are things uncertain.

This is a ... weird working environment, people dont like to talk and they think you are weird when you do a lot of conversation. The work secludes are super relaxed, workloads are ridiculously low compared to all my previous occupations. Me, I prefer working all day long and I prefer not wasting time. I like creative ideas, proactively searching for improvement on things that crossed me by. My boss seriously lectured me to be conservative while handling my duties.

All I hope is the people in the new office has some folks just like me, enjoying chill with people and chatting. Otherwise I felt like I am a mindless machinery rather than a human being.
