Josie Gibson showed off her dramatic weight loss at the UK Lingerie Awards at London's Freemason's Hall on Wednesday night.

The 29-year-old former Big Brother contestant revealed her toned tummy in a geometric, high-waisted pencil skirt and crop top as she helped to honour the best underwear in the business.

Josie arrived wearing a furry jacket over her outfit and pulled her hair back into a simple ponytail with a side plait.

The reality star turned fitness guru has lost an incredible six stone and it shows.

Despite how thin she looked, the reality star recently admitted that she is not as strict with her diet, as it will be used.

Speaking to fans on Twitter, she admitted that she is now enjoying the odd glass of wine or two again. So much so that she even recommended a bottle of tucking it in.

"I'm not joking, if you wind red wine organic sulfur free - no chemicals are the way forward. No ugly hangover," she said.






When asked by a follower if more natural wines could still get you drunk, she added: 'Well, I'm half way there on my second glass!'

During the period when Josie was on a strict healthy eating and diet plan, the reality star revealed that she did not allow herself alcohol at all.
