Have a life in which you notice the smell of salt water on a breeze by the seaside, a life in which you stop and watch an eagle circle under a blue sky.

Appreciate the way a baby smiles when she makes her first steps. Learn to enjoy the angelic face of your child asleep, or savour the sweet smell of a baby’s breath.

And realise that life is the best thing ever, and that you must not take it for granted.
